The stone is
absolutely magnificent! It is "purrrrrrrfect".
The detail is incredible and it gives me a great sense of
comfort. Louie's
"Dad" was simply awe-struck. We both have
an unlimited love and compassion for animals---and especially
love CATS. When he saw it, his throat choked and he
literally could not speak. Tears began to stream down his
face....that said everything to me. When we talked
about setting it up at Louie's grave, he didn't want to put it
outside! He said it was too precious to let anything----even
rain----affect it. I told him it would be around long
after we were gone! We still may keep it in the
house----we both love it so much. There are no real words
to describe how much it means to both of us. We will
cherish it for the rest of our lives. I will always keep
your card handy. Thanks again for everything, Jim.

I had missed the auction and didn't get a chance to bid but I
contacted him and he was sooo helpful and we ended up ordering 2
memorial stones from him. It took us a long time because my
daughter and I are so picky and we wanted things just right with
the pictures and the sayings etc...and we made several changes.
Jim was so patient with us.
We just got our stones in the mail this past weekend and we
couldn't be happier. We love them!! They are sooo
nice. I live in Niles, Oh and of course I was worried at
first about them coming from Canada but they arrived well packaged
with lots of bubble wrap and fragile written all over the box.
Not a scratch was on them. We got the stones in about 8-9
days including the weekend.
